业余超级马拉松运动员赛事损伤分析

摘　　要：随着长距离耐力运动项目在全世界的日益盛行,超级马拉松正获得越来越多的关注和参与,但国内针对这一新兴运动项目相关损伤的研究工作仍有很大的提升空间。以门诊病例汇总的方式,统计了10名中国业余超级马拉松运动员在赛事过程中发生的损伤情况,并就性别、年龄、参与超级马拉松运动年限与经验等因素进行相关性回顾分析。发现男性膝关节受伤的可能性高于女性,而女性踝关节受伤的可能性更高;完赛次数与膝关节损伤呈现显著正相关;与踝关节受伤则显著负相关。受伤部位与年龄、训练年限、参赛距离以及其他跑步赛事的参赛经历无明显关系。Ultramarathon draws more and more attention in recent decades with the development of long distance endurance running.Though amateur ultramarathon athletes in China have achieved major breakthroughs in competitions around the world,researches of related injuries remain inadequate.10 amateur ultramarathon runners are included in this research,their ultramarathon competition related injuries are retrospectively analyzed correlating with gender,age,years of participation and counts of finish.Incidence of knee injuries is higher in male athletes while incidence of ankle injuries is higher in female;incidence of knee injuries positively correlates with counts of finish while incidence of ankle injuries correlates negatively.Injury locations insignificantly correlate with age,years of participation,event distance and shorter-distance participation.
