摘 要:因气囊头为半球形,其与工件相对空间位置关系无法直接用气囊头试切工件获得.因此,提出测头和对刀仪结合的自动对刀系统.通过对刀误差分析,找出该对刀方案的主要误差来源为B轴摆臂回转误差,进而提出使用测头来获取工件的摆放误差和中心点坐标,再利用对刀仪来确定测头和气囊头的相对高度关系的对刀顺序.相比于传统人工对刀,该方法在速度上有极大的提升,在X、Y方向的对刀重复精度均达到30μm,Z方向为5μm,分别提高了40%和50%,具有较好的工程应用价值.The bonnet polishing machine of which the tool is a semi-rigid bonnet is used in precision polishing process.In determining the relative spatial position between the bonnet and the workpiece,it can not be obtained by trial cutting.Therefore,an automatic tool setting system combining probe and tool setting instrument is proposed.Through analysing of tool setting error,the main error is the rotation erron of B-axis swing arm.A tool setting sequence is proposed.Using a probe obtain the placement error and center point coordinates of the workpiece firstly,and then using the tool presetter determine the relative spatial position between the probe and the bonnet.Compared with the traditional manual tool setting,the repeated accuracies in X and Y directions are both 30μm,and that in Z direction is 5μm,which is 40%and 50%higher than manual tool setting.It exhibits great improvement in speed and good engineering application value.
