摘  要:加工海洋高酸原油的某常减压装置,常压塔及减压塔顶水冷器出现严重的腐蚀问题,检查设备腐蚀形貌,分析得出原油酸值高、设备材质耐腐蚀性能差、装置间歇性运行、加工原料及加工方案经常切换、原油中携带采油助剂等是产生严重腐蚀的原因。采取管束双面涂层、开发并使用高频智能复合电场电脱盐技术、加强助剂管理、优选复配破乳剂、优化操作及稳定运行负荷等措施,使用效果良好。There is serious corrosion problems in the water cooler on the top of the atmospheric tower and vacuum tower for processing of high acid crude oil from ocean.The corrosion morphology of the equipment was evaluated and analyzed,and concluded that the high acid value of crude oil,the less corrosion resistance of equipment materials,and the additives in crude oil f for oil recovery,interval operation of device,frequent change of raw materials and processing profile were the major causes of serious corrosion problems.Development and application of high frequency intelligent composite electric field electric desalting technology,double side coatings of tubes,improvement of management of additives and optimization of the compound demulsifier,operation and stabilization of operation loads were used,resulting in a good effectiveness.
