摘 要:将天然黄土进行改性制备有机黄土,在改性工艺优化、结构表征、性能测试的基础上,进一步评价其对乳胶漆性能的影响。结果表明:天然黄土经提纯、NaF充分钠化后,再在矿浆浓度为6%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)用量为35%、矿浆pH=7~8、搅拌速率为500 r/min、反应温度为75℃、反应时间为3.0 h的最佳条件下,可制得性能优良的有机黄土,其黏度可达到3840 mPa·s。将有机黄土按4%的量加入到市售乳胶漆中,乳胶漆的黏度、耐溶剂性、耐磨性、耐冲击性分别提高了143%、60%、70%、96%,性能指标符合GB/T 9756—2009要求。Organic loess was prepared by modification of natural loess,and its effect on the performance of latex paint was further evaluated on the basis of modification process optimization,structure characterization and performance test.The results showed that the organic loess with good performance and high viscosity of 3840 mPa·s could be prepared by purification of natural loess,NaF-modification and organic modification.The optimum conditions for organic modification was as follows:loess concentration 6%,octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(1831)35 wt%,loess pH 7-8,stirring speed 500 r/min,reaction temperature 75℃,and reaction time 3.0 h.When the content of organic loess was 4 wt%,the viscosity,solvent resistance,wear resistance and impact resistance of latex paint were improved by 143%、60%、70%and 96%respectively,and the main properties of the prepared latex paint met the specification in GB/T 9756—2009.
