摘　　要：中国正在推进实施国土空间规划,以期实现"多规合一",推动生态文明建设和城市绿色可持续发展,城市绿色空间作国土空间的重要组成部分,需要积极响应国土空间规划中统筹布局、系统发展的理念。文章分析了国土空间规划体系改革背景下城市绿色空间的概念和范围,认为当前国内城市绿色空间还存在管理制度刚性不足、空间结构性失调、缺乏系统性和联系性、品质不高、规划管理水平偏低等问题,提出下一步需要从优化绿色公共空间规划程序、完善绿色空间管理制度、加大建设力度、加强公众参与等方面入手,以期进一步提升新时期城市绿色空间规划建设管理水平。China is advancing the implementation of national land spatial planning,intending to achieve"multiple regulations in one",promoting ecological civilization construction and urban green sustainable development.Urban green space is an integral part of the territorial area,and it needs to actively respond to the overall layout and system of national land space planning-development concept.The article analyzes the concept and scope of urban green space in the context of the reform of the national spatial planning system.Meanwhile,it demonstrates that current domestic urban green space still has insufficient management system rigidity,spatial structural imbalance,lack of systemic and connectivity,low quality,and planning management level.The next step is to optimize the green public space planning procedures,improve the green space management system,increase construction efforts,and strengthen civic participation to enhance further the urban green space planning and management level in the new period.
