摘　　要：粤港澳高校图书馆联盟是在积极配合国家"粤港澳大湾区"建设政策的背景下成立的,成员包括粤港澳三地28所高校图书馆,高校强劲的实力和成员图书馆丰富的资源是联盟发展的坚实基础。从组织机构、资金投入、服务互动平台、特色资源、智库服务、人才培养及成员馆权益等几个方面加强建设,能够深化图书馆联盟实质性的交流与合作,为"粤港澳大湾区"的发展提供更好的信息服务。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Library Alliance was established to support and follow the policy of the construction of Greater Bay Area.The members include 28 university libraries in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.And the strong strength of the universities and rich collections of the libraries are the base for the Alliance.The Alliance should pay attention to the institutional framework,capital investment,interactive service platforms,special resources,think tank services,and personnel training,which can promote the substantive exchange and cooperation and provide better services for Greater Bay Area.
