项目驱动的美国小型公共图书馆智慧空间构建启示

摘　　要：近年来构建智慧空间成为图书馆的新潮流。美国博物馆与图书馆服务研究所(Institute of Museum and Library Services,以下简称IMLS)为鼓励和支持图书馆转型,启动资助的《小型图书馆构建智慧空间项目》在推动图书馆智慧空间构建方面发挥了重要作用,开创了一条"项目驱动式"建设路径。通过对该项目的目标及其运营流程进行解读,阐释"项目驱动式"建设路径;选取该项目推动下图书馆智慧空间成功构建的典型案例,从建设背景、规划过程和服务内容3个方面进行对比,从建设路径、设计模式、服务内容和合作伙伴4个方面总结构建经验,为我国相关机构推动图书馆智慧空间建设提供启发和参考。Building smart space in recent years has become a new trend in libraries.In order to encourage and support the transformation of the library,Institute of Museum and Library Services launched the Project"Small Libraries Create Smart Spaces",which played an important role in promoting the construction of library smart space and created a"project-driven"construction path.Through the interpretation of the objectives and operational processes of the project,the"project-driven"construction path is explained and the typical cases of the successful construction of the library smart spaces are selected from the aspects of construction background,planning process and service content.In contrast,the construction experience is summarized from the aspects of construction path,design mode,service content and partners,which provides inspiration and reference for the relevant institutions in China to promote the construction of library smart space.
