摘 要:造成沥青路面水损害的因素比较多,其中沥青与矿料之间的黏附性差是最主要原因.沥青路面在水及车辆轴载耦合作用下,矿料表面的沥青产生剥落,尤其是酸性矿料路面更容易出现水损害病害.选用酸性砾石进行AC-13C混合料设计,通过掺入抗剥落剂来增强沥青与矿料间的黏附性.在沥青中分别掺入不同掺量的XT-1、TJ-066、PA-1抗剥落剂进行研究,得出XT-1对沥青改善效果最好,XT-1最佳掺量为0.3%;对混合料进行路用性能研究,得出同时掺2%消石灰、0.3%XT-1的混合料抗水损害性能最优;XT-1未能改善混合料高温抗车辙能力,但试验结果满足1-3区改性混合料不小于2800次/mm的要求.There are many factors that cause water damage of asphalt pavement,among which poor adhesion between asphalt and mineral aggregate is the main reason.Under the coupling effect of water and vehicle axle load,the asphalt on the surface of mineral aggregate will peel off,especially the acid mineral aggregate pavement is more prone to water damage.The AC-13C mixture is designed with acid gravel,and the adhesion between asphalt and mineral aggregate is enhanced by adding different contents of anti-stripping agents XT-1,TJ-066 and PA-1.The results show that XT-1 has the best effect on asphalt improvement,and the best content of XT-1 is 0.3%.The road performance of mixture is studied,and when 2%slaked lime and 0.3%XT-1 are added at the same time,the performance of resisting water damage is the best.XT-1 fails to improve the high temperature rutting resistance of the mixture,but the test results meet the requirements that the modified mixture in zone 1-3 is not less than 2800 times/mm.
