摘　　要：目的:为解决院前与院内信息不通畅、数据不共享的问题,建设区域院前院内急救信息一体化共享平台。方法:引入“互联网+院前医疗急救”的新理念,采用云平台技术构建软硬件平台环境,以急救中心为主体,建立数据中心。运用4G/5G网络、专线网络等通信手段,保证院前院内数据的实时交互;采用Java、C/C++语言开发平台及院前医生急救工作站软件、院内急诊客户端软件、院内专家App软件和院内信息展示客户端软件。结果:该平台实现了患者信息院前院内共享及提前分诊,为危重症患者救治开通了“绿色通道”,提高了院前院内医疗急救一体化服务能力。结论:该平台具有部署灵活、安全性高、投入成本可控、应用简单、管理规范等优点,为各级院前院内急救信息一体化共享平台的建设提供了指导和借鉴。Objective To construct an integrated sharing platform of regional pre-hospital emergency information to promote pre-hospital and hospital information and data sharing.Methods The new concept of"internet plus pre hospital emergency treatment"was introduced.Cloud platform technology was used to build a software and hardware platform environment,and a data center was established with the first aid center as the main body.4G/5G network,special line network and other communication means were used to ensure the implementation of pre-hospital and hospital data interaction.Java and C/C++languages were applied to the software development for pre-hospital emergency doctor workstation,terminal of hospital emergency medical service,hospital expert App and terminal of hospital information display.Results The platform developed realized pre-hospital and hospital sharing of the patient information,facilitated the patient pre triage,accelerated the treatment of the critically ill patients and enhanced integrated pre-hospital and hospital emergency medical service.Conclusion The platform developed gains advantages in flexible deployment,high safety,controllable cost,easy operation and standardized management,and provides references for the construction of grades of integrated sharing platforms of pre-hospital and hospital emergency information.
