摘　　要：结合艾滋病病毒危害程度及生物安全防护要求,介绍了艾滋病检测实验室离心机的选择、安全防护配置及安装要求,分析了离心机安全规范使用以及预防性维护、检测校准中的关注要点,指出了艾滋病检测实验室对离心机的安全性、规范性操作认识不足,缺乏预防性维护以及意外事故处理流程等,明确了应建立规范的离心机使用及预防性维护规程,以保障艾滋病检测实验室的生物安全及检测质量,从而进一步提升仪器设备的规范化管理水平。The centrifuge selection,safety protection configuration and installation requirements in HIV testing laboratories were introduced in combination with the degree of harm of HIV and biosafety protection requirements.The analyses were executed over safe and standardized use of centrifuges and preventive maintenance and the concerns in testing calibration.Some problems were pointed out such as the lack of awareness of the safety and standardized operation of centrifuges in HIV testing laboratories,the lack of preventive maintenance and accident handling procedures.Then some suggestions were put forward accordingly including the establishment of standardized centrifuge use and preventive maintenance protocols to ensure the biosafety of HIV testing laboratories and testing quality,so as to further improve the standardized management of the equipment.
