一体式加热固定输液腕带的研制

摘　　要：目的:设计一种可恒温加热又能固定输液软管的一体式加热固定输液腕带,以解决冬季输入寒冷液体给患者带来的不适及特殊人群输液固定的难题。方法:该输液腕带主要由上下盖、发热板、腕带及温度控制开关4个部分组成。腕带采用硅胶材质或普通的编织材料,下盖和上盖的主体制作材料采用绝缘耐高温的橡胶材料,发热板采用较为常见的铜片。结果:该输液腕带可避免输入寒冷液体造成的不良反应,增加了患者的舒适度,保障了特殊人群顺利完成输液治疗,提高了患者及家属的满意度。结论:该输液腕带体积小、操作简便、经济实用,适合冬季输液及需要特殊固定的患者,也可用于救护车及野战冷环境下低体温的输液患者,值得推广应用。Objective To design an integrated wristband for heating and tube fixation during the infusion of the patients with special requirements or in winter.Methods The infusion wristband was mainly composed of 4 parts:upper and lower covers,a heating plate,a strap and a temperature control switch.The raw materials included silicone or ordinary woven material for the strap,insulation and high temperature resistant rubber material for the main body of the lower and upper covers and copper sheet for the heating plate.Results The wristband designed prevented adverse reactions to cold fluids,increased infusion comfort and satisfaction for the patients with special requirements.Conclusion The wristband gains advantages in size,operation,low cost,and thus is worthy promoting for the infusion of the patients with special requirements or in winter,which can also be used for the infusion of the hypothermia patient in the ambulance and field conditions.
