摘  要:FARl是一类起源于转座子酶的转录因子,在光敏色素A(phyA)信号通路启动、植物光形态建成中具有重要作用。本试验对抗旱花生品种J11的FAR1-5基因进行了克隆,通过序列比对进化分析,表明其与野生花生Arachis duranensis,A.ipaensis相关基因具有较高相似度。干旱胁迫状态下,转基因植株抗旱性强于野生型植株,抗氧化酶活性增强,表明该转录因子可积极响应花生抗旱胁迫。研究结果可为花生抗旱育种提供新的基因资源。FAR1 is a class of transcription factors derived from mutator-like transposases,which plays an important role in the phytochrome A signaling pathway and photomorphogenesis.However,the research about abiotic stress is rare.In previous study,FAR1-5 transcription factor of peanut was found to be up-regulated under drought stress.RACE was applied to isolate and clone the full length of this gene.Based on the phylogenetic tree,peanut FAR1-5 transcription factor AhJ11-FAR1-5 was verified to have close relationship with Arachis duranensis and A.ipaensis,the diploid ancestors of cultivated peanut.Under normal conditions,no obvious phenotype difference was observed between the transgenic and wild-type seedlings.Meanwhile,the overexpression of AhJ11-FAR1-5 in peanut resulted in enhanced tolerance to drought stress,as determined by the assessment of antioxidant enzyme activities.The results indicated that AhJ11-FAR1-5 had important role in peanut responding to drought stress.This study provided gene resource for the peanut drought resistant breeding.
