摘 要:为进一步提高玉米生产效率,基于2019年山东省入户调研数据,笔者通过DEA模型测算了山东省家庭农场、种植大户与普通农户玉米生产的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。结果表明:由于家庭农场的规模化、组织化和机械化程度较高,所以家庭农场的综合效率和纯技术效率值较高,均值分别为0.917 7、0.973 7;由于土地细碎化、机械化耕作方式不便等问题导致种植大户的纯技术效率、规模效率较低,均值分别为0.928 0、0.924 6;由于普通农户土地数量有限、精耕细作,因此普通农户的玉米生产规模效率较高,为0.951 8。最后,本研究根据测算结果提出针对性的政策建议。In order to further improve the efficiency of corn production,based on 2019 household survey data in Shandong Province,the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of corn production in Shandong province's family farms,large-scale farmers,and ordinary farmers were measured by DEA model.The results showed that:due to the large scale,organization,and mechanization of family farms,the overall efficiency and pure technical efficiency of family farms were high,with average values of 0.9177 and 0.9737;due to land fragmentation and inconvenient mechanized farming problems resulted in low pure technical efficiency and large-scale efficiency of large planters,with average values of 0.9280 and 0.9246;due to the limited number of ordinary farmers'land and intensive cultivation,the efficiency of the corn production scale of ordinary farmers was relatively high at 0.9518.Finally,the research put forward some targeted policy recommendations based on the calculation results.
