改革开放40年天津农民收入动态变化分析

摘　　要：农民收入是最能体现农民生活富裕度、共享现代化成果、确保全面建成小康社会的重要衡量指标,农民收入问题既是"三农"工作的中心任务,也是全面推进乡村振兴战略实施的关键。以天津农民收入为研究对象,将改革开放40年来天津农民收入增长历程划分为:快速增长、快速下降、渐进回升、快速下滑、稳定增长、增速下降,并分析了原因。进一步地,通过对农民收入结构变动特征以及贡献份额的分析,总结出工资性收入和家庭经营性收入贡献份额较高,而财产性收入和转移性收入对增长的贡献份额相对较低,揭示出工资性收入是推动天津农民收入增长的主要动力,带动农民收入增长作用越来越明显;家庭经营性收入仍是农民收入的重要来源,但带动农民收入的作用在减弱;财产性收入和转移性收入在带动农民收入方面存在着很大的不确定性。最后,在前述分析基础上提出了促进天津农民增收的启示。Farmers'income is an important indicator that can best reflect the peasant's living affluence,share the fruits of modernization,and ensure a well-off society in an all-round way.So the issue of peasants income is not only the central task of three agricultural problems,but also the key to comprehensively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking Tianjin peasants'income as the research object,the peasants'income growth process in the past 40 years of reform and opening up was divided into:rapid growth,rapid decline,gradual rebound,rapid decline,stable growth,and decline in growth rates,and the reasons were analyzed.Furthermore,it was concluded that the contribution share of wage income and household operating income was high,while the contribution share of property income and transfer income to growth was relatively low by analyzing the characteristics of farmers'income structure changes and their contribution share.It was revealed that wage income was the main driving force for farmers'income growth in Tianjin,and it had become more and more obvious.The role of family income was still an important source of farmers'income,but the role of driving farmers'income was weakening.There was great uncertainty in the property income and transfer income in driving farmers'income.Finally,based on the foregoing analysis,the enlightenment of increasing farmers'income in Tianjin in the future is put forward.
