摘 要:为了探究洋葱粗提取液对甘蓝枯萎病菌尖孢镰孢菌的抑制效果,本研究分析了在不同浓度的洋葱粗提取液下甘蓝枯萎病菌的生长速率,产孢量,孢子萌发率的变化以及菌丝显微结构的改变。结果表明:洋葱粗提取液对甘蓝枯萎病菌有显著的抑制作用,当固体培养基中洋葱粗提取液浓度为0.6 g·mL^(-1)时,病原菌生长抑制率为45%,当液体培养基中洋葱粗提取液浓度为0.6g·mL^(-1)时,对病原菌产孢量抑制率达到98.6%,当浓度为0.4 g·mL^(-1)时,对甘蓝枯萎病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为92.0%;显微观察发现洋葱提取液处理下,病原物菌丝结构发生改变,当浓度为0.6 g·m L^(-1)时,菌丝裂解。由此可知,洋葱粗提取液对甘蓝枯萎病菌存在抑制效果。In order to investigate the inhibitory effect of crude tissue extracts from onion on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.conglutinans(Foc),the growth rate,spore yield,spore germination rate and hyphae structure of F.oxysporum f.sp.conglutinans were observed under different concentrations of crude tissue extracts from onion.The results showed that the crude extracts of onion had a significant inhibitory effect on Foc.When the concentration of the crude extract of onion in solid medium was 0.6 g·mL-1,the inhibition rate on growth was 45%.When the concentration of onion in liquid culture medium was 0.6 g·mL-1,the inhibition rate on the amount of conidiophores reached to 98.6%.And when the concentration of onion extract was 0.4 g·mL-1,the inhibition rate on spore germination was 92.0%.Meanwhile,the morphologial structure of mycelia were also changed.
