摘 要:为了筛选出对土壤石油污染的高抗草坪草品种,以早熟禾‘巴润’和高羊茅‘千年盛世’为试验材料,采用大庆油田地区的原油,通过盆栽模拟试验,研究了土壤石油污染对草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:2种草坪草种子萌发指标和生长指标随着土壤中石油污染浓度的升高而降低。与早熟禾相比,高羊茅各指标的降低程度较大。早熟禾对土壤石油污染的抗性要好于高羊茅。The purpose of this study was to screen out turfgrass varieties with high resistance to soil oil pollution.The‘Barun’and'Qiannianshengshi'were used as materials,the effects of soil oil pollution on the seed germination and seedling growth of turfgrass were studied by pot experiment using the crude oil from Daqing oilfield.The germination and growth indexes of two turfgrass seeds decreased with the increase of oil pollution concentration in soil.Compared with Poa pratensis L.,the indexes of Festuca arundinacea decreased greatly.The resistance of Poa pratensis L.to soil oil pollution was better than that of Festuca arundinacea.
