摘　　要：暴雨成因分析和洪水分析是防洪堤设计的决定性因素,对造成暴雨的因素把握不准确,会导致洪水分析不合理,进而影响防洪堤的结构设计。利用水文比拟和地区综合方法进行洪水分析,并进行分期洪水和排涝分析设计,结果可为移民新村防洪堤工程设计提供主要的技术支撑。The analysis of the causes of heavy rain and flood analysis are the decisive factors for the design of flood control dikes.The inaccurate grasp of the factors that cause heavy rains will lead to unreasonable flood analysis,which will affect the structural design of flood control dikes.This paper use hydrological comparison and regional comprehensive methods for flood analysis,design the staged floods and drainage.The results can provide the main technical support for the design of the flood embankment project of the new immigrant village.
