摘　　要：随着我国林业工程建设的进一步推进,各项营造林工程取得了长足的进步,国家各级政府和林业主管部门越来越高度关注林业生物灾害损害等相关内容,并且结合实际情况进一步建立健全相对应的责任追究制度,引导各个方面群策群力,共同应对林业生物灾害损害等。基于此,本文重点探讨和分析林业生物灾害损害责任追究制度存在的相关问题以及改善策略等相关内容,希望能够为同行提供参考。With the further advance of engineering construction of forestry in China,the various YingZaoLin engineering has achieved great progress,the national government and the competent forestry departments at all levels more and more attention to the forestry biological disaster damage and so on related content,and combining with the actual situation to further establish and improve the corresponding responsibility system,and guide the various aspects of projects,jointly cope with the forestry biological disaster damage and so on.Based on this,this paper focuses on discussing and analyzing the problems existing in the system of liability for forest biological disaster damage and relevant contents such as improvement strategies,hoping to provide reference for peers.
