摘　　要：对于农村建设项目,建设方通常都要经过前期策划和可行性研究,经主管部门许可立项后,通过项目设计招标来确定承揽设计任务的设计方;在项目设计的过程中,还需要通过初步设计方案和施工图的审批,再经由施工招标、施工建设、施工验收等一系列的过程,才能够最终实现目标。For a construction project,rural the construction party usually has to go through the preliminary planning and feasibility study.After the approval of the competent department,the designer who undertakes the design task is determined through the project design bidding.In the process of project design,it also needs to go through the approval of the preliminary design scheme and construction drawing,and then through a series of processes such as construction bidding,construction,construction acceptance,etc.To achieve the goal.
