家训文化助力基层社会治理

摘　　要：近年来,家训文化在基层社会治理中的作用日益凸显。传统家训文化是基层社会治理的重要文化资源,在立德修身的道德教育、内和孝亲的治家之道、亲仁爱众的伦理观和积极入世崇廉尚洁的为政之道等方面提升着基层社会治理的层次和成效。家训文化助力基层社会治理,一要以社会主义核心价值观作为家训文化的主要内容;二要注重发挥家训文化的非制度化作用,将家训文化融入乡规民约,助力软法之治;三要以法治思维烛照传统家训文化,实现道德教化与法治精神的融合。In recent years,the impact of family motto culture on grassroots social governance has become increasingly prominent.The traditional family motto culture is an important cultural resource for primary-level social governance.It helps to improve the level and effectiveness of primary-level social governance in many ways,such as the moral education to cultivate moral character,the family management of internal harmony and filial piety,the ethics of being close to kindness and loving the people,and the positive ideal of being a politician that advocates honest.To give a full play of the facilitating role that family motto culture has in primary-level social governance,the following three aspects should be stressed.Firstly,socialist core values should be considered as the main part of family motto culture.Secondly,the non-institutional role of family motto culture should be paid attention to and it is necessary to integrate family motto culture into the local customs and traditions to assist the rule of soft law.Thirdly,family motto culture should be illuminated by legal thinking to achieve the integration of moral education and sprite of the rule of law.
