摘  要:目的为应对自然灾害及突发公共卫生事件,研究设计具有机动灵活、功能齐全、性能可靠、能够达到百级的手术医疗方舱。方法方舱采用二类运输车底盘,根据医疗方舱功能定位和结构特点,研制方舱拓展结构和适合车载的净化系统,配备呼吸机、麻醉机、手术床、无影灯等医疗设备。结果手术方舱划分为准备区、手术区和辅助区,具有高机动性、展开迅速,可以有效完成各类手术。结论本设计手术拓展医疗方舱,为伤员救治提供一个良好的环境,可以满足在突发自然灾害下,开展手术,使受伤患者得到及时救治。Objective In order to deal with natural disasters and public health emergencies,we designed a kind of operation medical shelter which is flexible,functional,reliable and can reach 100 level.Methods According to the functional orientation and structural characteristics of the medical shelter,the second class transport vehicle chassis was used in the shelter.The shelter expansion structure and the purification system suitable for the vehicle were developed.The medical equipment such as ventilator,anesthesia machine,operating bed and shadowless lamp were equipped.Results The operation cabin was divided into preparation area,operation area and auxiliary area,which had high mobility and rapid deployment,and could complete all kinds of operations effectively.Conclusion This design expands the medical shelter to provide a good environment for the treatment of the wounded.It can meet the needs of carrying out the operation in case of sudden natural disasters,so that the injured patients can be treated in time.
