居民电子健康卡在大型三甲医院的应用实践

摘　　要：目的为解决百姓跨院看病需多次建档开卡、电子病历及健康档案不统一等问题,需要实施电子健康卡。方法将我院微信服务号入驻微信电子健康卡开放平台,获取相关建卡、发卡及用卡能力接口,快速实现电子健康卡的实名申领以及使用;改造院内HIS程序和加装扫码设备,支持电子健康卡的读取和建档。结果窗口和自助设备排队办理诊疗卡人数逐渐减少,患者随时随地通过医院微信公众号就能申领电子健康卡。结论居民电子健康卡在我院的成功实践不仅可以方便患者就诊,而且为加快推进居民电子健康卡在全省的普及应用起到了很好的示范和参考作用。Objective To solve the problems that the common people need to file and open cards many times,and the electronic medical records and health records are not unified,the electronic health cards should be implemented.Methods The Wechat Service Number of our hospital was settled in the Wechat e-health card open platform to obtain the relevant ability interfaces for card creation,card issuing and card use,so as to quickly realize the real name application and use of the e-health card;HIS program in the hospital was modified and scanning equipment was added to support the reading and filing of electronic health card.Results The number of windows and self-service equipment queuing for medical cards was gradually decreasing,and patients could apply for electronic health cards anytime and anywhere through the hospital Wechat Public Number.Conclusion The successful practice of resident e-health card in our hospital not only facilitates the patients’treatment,but also plays a good demonstration and reference role in accelerating the popularization and application of resident e-health card in the whole province.
