摘  要:目的本研究将通过搜集便携式血氧饱和度测量仪器研制的相关科技文献和专利文献并进行分析,了解该类仪器专利现状,挖掘研制情况及面临的问题,为该类仪器的研发提供研究基础。方法通过确定检索词及检索式,检索便携式血氧饱和度检测仪相关科技文献及专利文献,根据纳入标准和排除标准筛选文献,从技术特性、安全性、适应性、有效性、经济性、技术的社会和伦理适应性分析科技文献,从申请趋势、专利生命周期、技术分类分析专利文献。结果最终纳入科技文献17篇,专利文献759篇。目前,临床应用的该类仪器具有较好的精确性及稳定性,使用简便、易于携带。相关的专利主要集中在美国。结论根据分析情况,建议便携式血氧饱和度监测仪的研发方向可为如何加强精准性,以及新技术的引用。Objective To provide a research basis for the development of portable blood oxygen saturation measuring instruments,we will collect and analyze the relevant scientific literature and patent documents developed by the instrument to understand the current status of such instruments,and to explore the development and problems.Methods The search terms and search patterns were determined,and the scientific and technical literature and patent documents related to the portable blood oxygen saturation detector were searched,and the documents were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The scientific literature was analyzed from the technical characteristics,safety,adaptability,effectiveness,economy,technical social and ethical adaptability,and the patent literature was analyzed from the application trend,patent life cycle,and technical classification.Results This study included 17 scientific papers and 759 patent documents.At present,the instruments used in clinical applications had good accuracy and stability,and were easy to use and carry.Moreover,the patents related to the instrument were mainly concentrated in the United States.Conclusion Based on the analysis,it is suggested that the development direction of portable blood oxygen saturation monitor can be used to enhance accuracy and reference to new technologies.
