摘　　要：数字X射线摄影系统(Digital Radiography,DR)已经成为辅助医生诊断的重要工具,保证DR持续正常运转至关重要。本文以迈瑞DigiEye560为例,从DR的工作原理出发,阐述了2例DR典型故障的排查方法,一例为设备无法曝光,另一例为U臂无法上下运动,通过逐步排查,最终故障得以解决。本文总结的DR故障排查方法,可以为相关大型医疗设备的维修提供参考。Digital radiography(DR)has become an important tool to assist doctors in diagnosis,and it is very important to ensure the normal operation of DR.Taking Mindri DigiEye560 as an example and starting from the working principle of DR,the troubleshooting methods of two typical DR faults were described in this paper,one was that the image cannot be exposed,the other was that the U-arm cannot move up and down.The failures were eventually resolved through a step-by-step troubleshooting.The DR troubleshooting method summarized in this paper can provide reference for the maintenance of large medical equipment.
