摘　　要：费森尤斯4008系列血透机在临床上被广泛应用,易发生各类流量方面故障,但目前还缺少对整个流量系统故障的分析和解决方案。本文首先介绍费森尤斯血透机流量系统的基本工作原理,然后收集常见流量方面的故障现象,结合水路图及实物图找出原因并解决问题。本故障检修可以为维修工程师提供参考。Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis is widely used in clinical practice,all kinds of flow problems are easy to occur.But it still lack of analysis and solution for the faults of whole flow system.First the basic working principles of the flow system of fresenious hemodialys was introduced,then common faults of the flow system were collected.By combining the waterway map and physical map,we found out the causes and solutions.This troubleshooting can provide reference for maintenance engineers.
