摘 要:目的探讨帐篷式X线摄影防护罩在床旁摄影中的应用价值。方法使用胸部仿真体模模拟床旁X线胸部正位摄影,比较防护罩使用前后受检者及临近患者(150 cm)所接受X线辐射剂量的变化。结果受检者在防护罩使用前后,其接受的X线体表剂量差异无统计学意义(t=0.21,P>0.05;t=-0.38,P>0.05;t=0.29,P>0.05)。临近患者在防护罩使用前后,其接受的X线体表剂量差异有统计学意义(t=11.69,P<0.05;t=32.90,P<0.05;t=49.79,P<0.05)。防护罩后相邻患者点分别降低约75.8%、76.5%、78.6%。结论帐篷式X线摄影防护罩对散射线的防护效果显著,使用后可有效减少受检者周围患者所受辐射。Objective To explore the application value of the tent type X-ray protective cover in bedside photography. Methods Simulate the radiated dosages of the X-ray in the chest by the chest emulation model, and compare the changes in the radiation dose of the X-ray radiation received by the patient and the adjacent patient(150 cm). Results The dose difference of the X-line body was not statistically significant(t=0.21,P>0.05) before and after the use of protective cover(t=0.38,P>0.05;t=0.29,P>0.05).Before and after the use of the protective cover, the dose difference of the X-line body was statistically significant(t=11.69,P<0.05;t=32.90, P<0.05;t=49.79, P<0.05).Conclusion The protective cover of the tent X-ray camera has a significant effect on the scattering line, which can effectively reduce the radiation of the patients around the patient checked.
