摘　　要：采用“河南省公安民警思想政治调查”33270例数据探讨一般健康问卷在四种体质指数亚群体中的有效性和公平性。对量表在体重正常群组与体重偏瘦、超重、肥胖群组之间两两实施项目功能偏差检验显示,该量表在体重正常组和体重肥胖组之间存在项目功能偏差,8个题项存在低水平项目功能偏差,2个题项存在中等水平项目功能偏差;量表在这两组之间存在较大的测验功能偏差。研究表明,即便成熟的心理量表也并非适用于所有警察亚群体。研究结论对于警院新生录取、公安招警考试及民警心理服务中的心理测评工作均具有启示作用。This paper examines the validity and fairness of General health Questionnaire(GHQ)across 4 BMI categories police subgroup taking the Henan Police Political Thought Survey database(N=33,270).Differential item functioning(DIF)on questionnaire works on the cross-over project that is worked in pairs among normal weight,underweight,overweight and obesity.The result demonstrates that DIF only presents on items between normal weight and obesity,8 items'DIF was negligible and 2 items'DIF was medium.There was large effect sizes differential test functioning(DTF)between these two groups.The study has shown that GHQ is applicable to all police subgroups,and it still has an enlightening effect on the application of psychological test in college entrance examination,police recruitment examination and police psychological service.
