雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的近期疗效及对免疫功能、细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取90例DN患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予雷公藤多甙治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫指标、细胞因子水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮因子(VEGF)]及安全性。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为88.89%显著高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均显著高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及VEGF水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多甙治疗DN的近期疗效显著,能够提高其免疫功能,降低细胞炎症因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the short-term efficacy oftripterygium glycosides in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its effects on immune function and cytokine levels.Methods A total of 90 patients with DN admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with tripterygium glycosides on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune index,cytokine level[Interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),vascular endothelial factor(VEGF)]and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.11%)(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and CD8^+ was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term efficacy of tripterygium glycosidesin the treatment of DN is significant,which can improve its immune function,reduce the level of cellular inflammatory factors,and has higher safety.
