芪参还五胶囊配合针灸治疗脑出血恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究芪参还五胶囊配合针灸治疗脑出血恢复期临床效果。方法选择在本院进行治疗的脑出血恢复期患者120例,按照入院顺序分组原则各60例,其中60例进行芪参还五胶囊配合针灸治疗(观察组),60例进行常规药物治疗(对照组),将各组指标进行比较。结果观察组脑出血恢复期患者血红蛋白(104.21±1.32)g/L、总钙(3.65±1.20)mmol/L、脂蛋白a(19.21±1.02)mmol/L、Β2-微球蛋白(7.01±1.02)mg/L与对照组血红蛋白、总钙、脂蛋白a、Β2-微球蛋白相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者吞咽功能评分(1.81±0.23)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 d、术后6 d、术后10 d睡眠质量评分均低于对照组术后2 d、术后6 d、术后10 d睡眠质量评分(P<0.05)。结论芪参还五胶囊配合针灸治疗脑出血恢复期临床效果十分显著,且安全性较高,能够使患者睡眠质量、吞咽功能障碍得到显著的改善,值得研究和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of qishenhuanwu capsule combined with acupuncture on cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with convalescent cerebral hemorrhage were selected from cangzhou hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in hebei province.According to the order of admission,60 patients received qishenhuanwu capsule combined with acupuncture treatment as the observation group,and 60 patients received conventional drug treatment as the control group.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Observation group of patients with cerebral hemorrhage recovery after treatment of hemoglobin(104.21±1.32)g/L,total calcium(3.65±1.20)tendency for L,lipoprotein a tendency for L(19.21±1.02)is significantly higher than the control group,2-microΒglobulin(7.01±1.02)mg/L significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of swallowing function(1.81±0.23)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of sleep quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 2,6 and 10 days after surgery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishenhuanwu capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a remarkable clinical effect in treating cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence,and has a high safety,which can improve patients'sleep quality and swallowing dysfunction.
