团体心理治疗对甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者治疗依从性、心理健康及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理治疗对甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者治疗依从性、心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月期间103例在我院戒毒康复中心因甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍的自愿戒毒患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组51例和观察组52例,两组均给予非药物戒毒法——运动疗法,同时对照组予以常规心理治疗,观察组予以团体心理治疗。对比两组患者治疗依从性、心理健康、生活质量、成瘾行为、精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、Barratt冲动评分和复吸情况。结果观察组治疗后,遵医嘱用药、合理运动、情绪控制和自我监测方面的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对和恐怖评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后精神健康、情感功能、生理功能、活动能力、躯体疼痛、社会功能、整体健康评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1,2,3,6个月后,BPRS和Barratt评分及复吸率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体心理治疗能够有效提高甲基苯丙胺所致精神障碍患者的治疗依从性,改善其心理健康指标、精神分裂症状和冲动性,提高生活质量,降低复吸率。Objective To explore the effect of group psychotherapy for the treatment compliance,mental health and quality of life in patients with mental disorders caused by methamphetamine.Methods To select 103 cases of patients with mental disorders caused by methamphetamine who accepted voluntary detoxification in our drug rehabilitation center from January 2017 to February 2018,and they were divided into 51 cases in a control group and 52 cases in an observation group according to the random number table method.All the groups were given non-drug detoxification,that was exercise therapy,while the control group was given conventional psychotherapy,and the observation group was given group psychotherapy.The treatment compliance,mental health,addiction behavior,brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,Barratt impulse score and relapse were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the compliance of medication,reasonable exercise,emotional control,and self-monitoring in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety,depression,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,and terror scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mental health,emotional function,physiological function,activity ability,body pain,social function and general health scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2,3,and 6 months of treatment in the observation group,the BPRS and Barratt scores and relapse rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group psychotherapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with mental disorders caused by methamphetamine,improve their mental health indicators,schizophrenic symptoms and impulsivity,improve the quality of life,and reduce the rate of relapse.
