摘　　要：目的探讨炎症性肠病患者希望水平与社会支持的相关性。方法采用Herth希望量表、社会支持评定量表对2017年10月至2019年9月170例炎症性肠病患者为研究对象,采用Herth希望量表、社会支持评定量表对患者进行问卷调查,分析患者希望水平与社会支持的相关性。结果共发放问卷170份,回收164份,有效问卷160份,有效率94.12%。患者希望水平总分为(37.56±4.38)分,处于中高等水平;患者社会支持总分为(34.91±7.29)分,社会支持总分及各维度得分明显低于国内常模(P<0.05);患者希望水平总分及各维度得分与社会支持总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论炎症性肠病患者希望水平处于中高等水平,社会支持水平较低,且希望水平与社会支持水平显著相关,应加强对患者的社会支持,以提高其希望水平。Objective To explore the correlation between hope level and social support in patients with inflammatory enteropathy.Methods To study the inflammatory enteropathy of 170 cases of patients by using Herth hope scale and social support rating scale from October 2017 to September 2019.The Herth hope scale and social support rating scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey and analyze the correlation between patients'hope level and social support.Results A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed,164 were recovered,and 160 questionnaires was valid,with an efficiency of 94.12%.The patient's hope level was(37.56±4.38)points,which was in the middle and high level;the patient's social support score was(34.91±7.29)points,and the total score of social support and each dimension score were significantly lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The total score of the patient's hope level and each dimension score were positively correlated with the total score of social support and the score of each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion The hope level of patients with inflammatory enteropathy was in the middle and high level,the social support level was low,and the hope level was significantly related to the social support level.The social support for patients should be strengthened to increase their hope level.
