摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死PCI术患者恢复效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的急性心肌梗死PCI术患者90例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予早期康复护理,比较两组患者的恢复效果及生活质量。结果观察组恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在急性心肌梗死PCI术患者中的应用,能促进病情恢复,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on restoration effect andthe quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI surgery.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing to compare the restoration effect and quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results The restoration effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing in PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction can promote the recovery of the disease and improve their quality of life.
