聚焦解决模式对乳腺癌根治术患者自我效能、希望水平及癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的探究聚焦解决模式对乳腺癌根治术患者自我效能、希望水平及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选择我院2015年6月至2018年12月收治的乳腺癌根治术患者100例,按随机数字表法等分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预,比较两组患者的自我效能、希望水平及癌因性疲乏。结果观察组乳腺癌幸存者自我效能水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Herth希望水平量表3个维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癌因性疲乏量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用,能提升患者的自我效能及希望水平,改善癌因性疲乏。Objective To explore the effect of focused solution model for self-efficacy,hope level and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with breast cancer radical mastectomy treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2018,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given focused solution model nursing intervention based on this basis to compare the self-efficacy,hope level and CRF of the patients of the two groups.Results The self-efficacy level of survivors with breast cancer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the the three dimension scores of the Herth hopes level scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CRF score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the focused solution model in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer can improve the patient's self-efficacy and hope level,and improve CRF.
