摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌术后患者自我效能水平影响因素,总结相应护理干预策略。方法选取2017年9月到2018年9月我院宫颈癌术后200例患者为研究对象,使用基本情况调查表、一般自我效能感量表以及宫颈癌及其相关认知问卷进行调查,分析影响宫颈癌术后患者自我效能的因素。结果单因素结果显示,年龄、居住地、文化程度、婚姻状况、收入水平、宫颈癌认知水平是影响宫颈癌术后患者自我效能水平的相关因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、收入水平和宫颈癌认知水平是患者自我效能的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、收入水平和宫颈癌认知水平是患者自我效能的独立影响因素,护理人员尽早进行相关干预,加强预防,以提高宫颈癌术后患者的自我效能。Objective To explore the factors influencing the self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer after surgery,and to summarize the corresponding nursing intervention strategies.Methods We selected 200 cases of patients after cervical cancer surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 as the study objects,and the basic condition questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale,cervical cancer and related cognitive questionnaires were used for investigation to analyze the factors affecting the self-efficacy of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Results Univariate analysis showed that the age,place of residence,education level,marital status,income level,and cognition level of cervical cancer were the related factors that affected the self-efficacy level of patients after cervical cancer surgery(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,income level,and cognition level of cervical cancer were the independent influencing factors for self-efficacy level of patients after cervical cancer surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The age,income level,and cognition level of cervical cancer were the independent influencing factors for self-efficacy level of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Nursing staff should carry out relevant intervention as soon as possible to strengthen prevention to improve the self-efficacy of patients after cervical cancer surgery.
