摘　　要：目的探讨音乐干预对小儿腹外疝手术围麻醉期患儿疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的小儿腹外疝手术的患儿42例作为对照组,给予常规围麻醉期护理干预;另选取2018年6月至2019年5月我院收治的小儿腹外疝手术患儿42例作为观察组,在对照组基础上给予音乐干预。比较两组患儿疼痛程度。结果两组术前30 min疼痛程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后3,6 h疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐干预可有效缓解小儿腹外疝手术围麻醉期患儿疼痛感,稳定情绪,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of music intervention for pain of children patients undergoing external abdominal hernia surgery during the period of peri-anesthesia.Methods To select 42 cases of children patients undergoing extra-abdominal hernia surgery treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 as a control group,and routine peri-anesthesia nursing intervention was given.Another 42 cases of children patients undergoing extra-abdominal hernia surgery was selected as an observation group from June 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital,and music intervention was given based on the control group to compare the pain degree of the children patients in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the pain score at 30 minutes before operation between the two groups(P>0.05),and the pain score of the observation group at 3 and 6 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of music intervention can effectively relieve the pain and stabilize the mood of children patients undergoing external abdominal hernia surgery during the period of peri-anesthesia.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
