超大城市机场规划用地分类体系研究--以深圳宝安国际机场为例

摘　　要：在新的发展形势下,超大城市机场对用地功能的需求日益复杂化和精细化。然而作为规划编制的基础,现行各类用地分类标准对这种位于超大城市的机场存在诸多不适用性。因此,如何探索出能满足机场地区实际规划与管理需求的用地分类体系成为规划工作者必须思考的问题。文章以深圳宝安国际机场为例,对现行用地分类标准的局限性以及深圳宝安国际机场的发展需求与困境进行分析,据此提出了深圳机场规划用地分类体系并成功应用到实际规划编制工作中,在完善规划层次的同时形成了规划主管部门、深圳机场集团指导规划项目的法律依据,以期为类似机场的规划提供经验借鉴。Metropolitan airport land use is getting complicated and refined.Current land use classification does not fit airport.A new land use classification that fits airport planning needs is imperative.With Bao’an international airport,Shenzhen,as an example,the paper analyzes the limitation of current land use classification,development needs and dilemma of the airport,proposes a land use classification system and applies it to Bao’an international airport related plans.It has become a legal basis for planning administration and airport group,and provides a reference for other airports.
