分层次循环式培训在疼痛评估管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨分层次循环式培训在医院开展疼痛评估管理工作中的应用。方法:建立跨学科疼痛护理管理委员会,对全院各临床科室不同层次护士进行循环式疼痛评估管理理论与临床技能培训,定期考核。将护士培训前、培训后疼痛知识与态度调查得分、疼痛评估管理质量评价得分、病人满意度等结果进行分析比较。结果:疼痛评估管理培训实施后,护理人员疼痛知识与态度调查得分、疼痛评估管理质量评价得分显著高于实施前(P<0.01),病人满意度提高,评价得分较实施前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:对全院护理人员进行分层次循环式疼痛评估管理培训可有效改善护士对疼痛评估管理的态度和认知,提升护士疼痛护理水平,从而为临床提供真实可靠的疼痛病人资料,便于疼痛诊疗过程中调整治疗方案,缓解病人疼痛,提高病人满意度和生活质量,有利医院稳步有序的开展疼痛评估管理工作。Objective:To explore the application of hierarchical cyclic training in pain assessment management in hospital.Methods:An interdisciplinary pain nursing management committee was established to train nurses at different levels in the hospital on the theory of circular pain assessment management and clinical skills,and conduct periodic assessment.The scores of pain knowledge and attitude,pain management quality evaluation and patient satisfaction of nurses before and after training were analyzed and compared.Results:After the training of pain assessment management was implemented,the scores of pain knowledge and attitude survey and the quality evaluation of pain assessment management were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.01).The satisfaction of patients was also improved and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The training of hierarchical and cyclic pain assessment management for nurses in the whole hospital can effectively improve nurses'attitude and cognition towards pain assessment management,increase nurses'level of pain care,provide reliable data of clinical pain patients,facilitate the adjustment of treatment plan in the process of pain diagnosis and treatment,alleviate pain,improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,and help the hospital to carry out the management of pain assessment in a steady and orderly manner.
