摘　　要：面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,做好医院隔离观察病房的护理管理工作是重中之重。本文总结了隔离观察病房护理工作内容、病房的合理布局、呼吸机使用和维护、医护人员防护与护士合理排班、消毒隔离等方面的实践经验,以期为临床疫情复杂形势下的护理管理工作提供参考。In the face of 2019 novel coronavirus(COVID-19)epidemics,the top priority is to ensure the nursing management work of wards for quarantine and observation in hospitals.This article summarizes the work content,reasonable layout,the use and maintenance of breathing machine,the protection of medical staff,the reasonable shift arrangement of nurses,disinfection and quarantine,and other practical experience of wards for quarantine and observation,so as to provide a reference of nursing management work under this complex clinical epidemic situation.
