摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析心脏及心包脂肪瘤的临床资料及超声心动图特点,探讨超声心动图对心脏脂肪瘤的诊断特点。方法:对2009年至2019年,在我院住院并经手术病理证实的14例心脏脂肪瘤患者的超声心动图资料做回顾性分析。结果:14例心脏脂肪瘤患者,男性8例,女性6例,年龄18~72岁,平均年龄(45.8±15.1)岁,心脏脂肪瘤12例,其中发生于右心房6例,左心室4例,右心室2例,心包脂肪瘤2例。11例为中高回声,2例为等回声,中等偏低回声1例;边界多较清。结论:超声心动图对肿物检出较敏感,可以做出初步良恶性诊断,结合肿物发生部位及声像图表现,可以提示脂肪瘤。Objective:Retrospectively analyzed cardiac lipoma Clinical data and echocardiographic characteristics to explore the diagnostic characteristics of cardiac lipoma by echocardiography.Methods:The echocardiographic data of 14 patients with cardiac lipoma admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2019 and confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 14 patients with cardiac lipoma,including 8 males and 6 females,aged 18-72 years old,with an average age of(45.8±15.1)years old.There were 12 cases of cardiac lipoma,including 6 cases of right atrium,4 cases of left ventricle,2 cases of right ventricle and 2 cases of pericardial lipoma.11 cases were hyperechoic,2 cases were isoechoic,and 1 case was medium hypoechoic.The boundary were clear.Conclusions:Echocardiography is more sensitive to the detection of tumor,which can make a preliminary benign and malignant diagnosis.Combined with tumor location and sonographic findings,lipoma can be suggested.
