摘 要:《禹贡》是中国最早的政史经典《尚书》的名篇之一,其对中国古代农业知识的记载,也是中国最早的农业史料。西方对《禹贡》的译介历时久远,翻译了有关中国古代土壤辨识、农业特产、农赋等级、桑蚕养殖、水土治理等农业史料,其形态包括译文与注释,注释部分内容丰富。因时代与译者的原因,译介有些全面细致,有些较为简略,有些亦有讹误。这些译介是西传最早的中国农业资料。相关研究对于中西农业交流史、中国农业文献史等研究皆有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Yugong is one of the famous works in Shangshu,the earliest classic in China,and its record of ancient Chinese agricultural knowledge is also the earliest agricultural historical data in China.Yugong’s English translation has a long history in the west.Its translations introduce agricultural historical materials such as ancient Chinese soil identification,agricultural specialty,agricultural tax grades,silkworms breeding,soil and water control,etc.The forms include translations and annotations,and the annotations are rich in content.Due to the times and the translators,some of the translations are comprehensive and detailed,some are brief,and some are erroneous.These English translations are the earliest Chinese agricultural materials transmitted to the West.The relevant research has important theoretical value and practical significance for the study of the history of agricultural exchange between China and the west,as well as the history of agricultural documents in China etc.
