摘 要:目的:探讨石香薷、桉叶、艾叶、苍术联合煮沸熏蒸消毒肺病科病房空气的效果。方法:分别采用石香薷、桉叶、艾叶、苍术联合煮沸熏蒸法(中药熏蒸组)与紫外线灯照射法(紫外线组),对肺病科4间病房进行空气消毒。分别于消毒前后检测空气细菌菌落数,比较消毒效果;应用调查量表了解患者对两组消毒方法的接受程度。结果:消毒后0、60、120、180、240 min时,中药熏蒸组空气细菌菌落数分别为(64.8±9.1)、(70.6±8.8)、(88.2±10.4)、(158.4±21.4)、(214.9±28.5)cfu/m^3,紫外线组分别为(61.1±12.6)、(95.5±7.1)、(134.5±18.6)、(352.9±54.7)、(563.8±41.2)cfu/m^3;消毒后0 min,两组空气细菌菌落数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒后60、120、180、240 min,中药熏蒸组空气细菌菌落数均显著少于紫外线组;患者对中药熏蒸法消毒的接受度显著高于紫外线法消毒(82.0%vs 23.0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:石香薷、桉叶、艾叶、苍术联合煮沸熏蒸消毒肺病科病房空气的效果与紫外线照射消毒相同,并可维持更长消毒时间,患者的接受程度高。Objective To explore the effect of combined boiling fumigation on air in pulmonary department of Elsholtzia chinensis,Eucalyptus leaves,Artemisia argyi and Atractylodes atractylodes.Methods Air disinfection was carried out in 4 wards of the department of pulmonary disease by using the combined boiling fumigation method(Chinese traditional medicine fumigation group)and ultraviolet light irradiation method(Ultraviolet group)respectively.The number of bacterial colonies in the air was measured before and after disinfection,and the disinfection effect was compared.The survey scale was used to determine the acceptability of disinfection methods in the two groups.Results At 0,60,120,180 and 240 minutes after disinfection,the number of air bacterial colonies in the TCM fumigation group was respectively(64.8±9.1),(70.6±8.8),(88.2±10.4),(158.4±21.4)and(214.9±28.5)cfu/m^3,those of UV group respectively was(61.1±12.6),(95.5±7.1),(134.5±18.6),(352.9±54.7)and(563.8±41.2)cfu/m^3.0 minute after disinfection,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of air bacterial colonies between the two groups(P>0.05).After 60,120,180 and 240 minutes of disinfection,the number of air bacterial colonies in the TCM fumigation group was significantly lower than that in the UV group.The acceptability of fumigation was significantly higher than that of ultraviolet disinfection(82.0%vs 23.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined boiling fumigation of Elsholtzia chinensis,Eucalyptus leaves,Artemisia argei leaf and Atresia atresia combined disinfection of pulmonary ward air effect and ultraviolet radiation disinfection is the same,and can be maintained for a longer time.The acceptance level of patients is high.
