摘　　要：重症脑损伤患者是气管切开患者拔管失败的高危人群。本文就重症脑损伤患者气管切开后拔管失败的常见危险因素、疾病相关危险因素、拔管指征、拔管前相关检查及检测等方面进行综述,对重症脑损伤气管切开患者拔管前的评估进行综合探讨。Patients with severe brain injury are at high risk of tracheotomy failure.In this paper,the common risk factors,disease-related risk factors,indications of extubation,relevant examinations and tests before extubation of patients with severe brain injury after tracheotomy were reviewed,and the evaluation before extubation of patients with severe brain injury was comprehensively discussed.
