摘  要:对志愿者旅游商业化正负效应议题文献的研究表明:志愿者旅游本身的经济属性优化作用、商业化运作带来的经济管理效益以及商业包装赋予的文化霸权遏制效应等因素促进志愿者旅游发挥正向效应;志愿者旅游本身的道德属性、发展过程中产生的商业异化现象以及各种综合因素的影响可能导致志愿者旅游负向效应的产生与发展。我国当代志愿者旅游商业化良性发展须在把握发展环境基础的前提下,改善志愿者旅游发展外部环境,优化志愿者组织内部管理制度,提升志愿旅游者思想与技能,以期促进我国志愿者旅游商业化良性发展。The research on the positive and negative effects of volunteer tourism commercialization shows that the optimization of the economic attributes of volunteer tourism,the economic management benefits brought by the commercialization and the containment effect of the cultural hegemony given by the commercial packaging promote the positive effects of volunteer tourism;the moral attributes of volunteer tourism,the phenomenon of commercial alienation in the development process and the influence of various comprehensive factors may lead to the generation and development of the negative effect of volunteer tourism.Therefore,under the premise of grasping the development environment,we need to improve the external environment,optimize the internal management system of volunteer organizations,and improve the thoughts and skills of volunteer tourists in order to promote the healthy development of volunteer tourism commercialization in China.
