粤港澳大湾区法律服务行业现状和发展初探

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区建设目前已经上升到国家战略层面,是中国下一个十年经济发展的重要推动力。从法律服务的优势上来说,大湾区经济的发展与法律服务行业的发展具有一致性;地区法治建设先进程度与法律服务发展可以互相成全;大湾区内各种制度差异与矛盾,既是阻碍,亦是机遇。但与此同时,大湾区法律服务行业的发展存在以下困境:不同制度的阻碍,租金和税负问题,交通问题以及律所联营规则的不明朗等。大湾区在法律服务的多个领域均尝试进行先行先试,但仍然需要加强行业交流与合作、积极借助互联网工具,以拉动行业及其他行业互相融合,促进法律服务行业更好更快发展。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great-Bay-Area is a national strategy and has become an important driving force for China's economic development in the next decade.In terms of the advantages of legal services,the economic development of the Great-Bay-Area is consistent with the development of the legal service industry;the advanced degree of regional rule of law construction and the development of legal services can be mutually completed.The institutional differences and contradictions in the Great-Bay-Area are obstacles and opportunities to three parties.The development of the legal services industry in the Great-Bay-Area has the following dilemmas:obstacles to different systems,rent and tax burden problems,transportation problems,and unclear rules of law firm joint ventures.The Great-Bay-Area can become a pioneer in legal services with respect of industry exchanges and cooperation,and integration of the industry.
