摘 要:以甘肃省8个县16家合作社为例,运用IPA分析法,通过对农户感知合作社服务的重要性与满意度排序以及配对样本T检验研究发现:农户对合作社服务的实际感知满意度(均值4.464)普遍低于重要性期望(均值5.513),且P-I值存在显著差异。其中,销售和以稳定价格收购农产品的P-I值分别为-2.703和-2.518,为优先改进的服务;信贷服务、采购农资/农机和农产品保鲜/加工等服务的P-I差值均大于1,具有较大提升改善空间。在此基础上,提出按优先次序提升服务质量的对策建议,促进合作社产业扶贫功能有效发挥。16 cooperatives in 8 counties of Gansu province were taken as examples,by using IPA analysis method,the importance and satisfaction of farmers′perception of cooperative service were sorted,and paired sample t-test was taken.It was found that the actual perceived satisfaction of farmers to cooperative service(mean 4.464)is generally lower than the importance expectation(mean 5.513),and there is significant difference in P-I value.Among them,the P-I values of sales and purchase of agricultural products at a stable price are-2.703 and-2.518,respectively,they are the priority services to be improved.the P-I difference of credit services,purchase of agricultural materials/agricultural machinery and preservation/processing of agricultural products and other services are greater than 1,they have a large improvement space.On this basis,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality according to priority,so as to promote the poverty alleviation function of cooperative industry to play effectively.
