核桃长足象形态描述及产卵选择行为研究

摘　　要：【目的】对核桃(Juglans regia)重要蛀果性害虫核桃长足象(Alcidodes juglans)进行形态特征描述,并研究它的产卵选择行为习性。【方法】采用传统形态分类法,在查阅相关文献资料基础上进一步通过光学显微镜对核桃长足象进行标本观察和外部形态描述。通过果实采集和观察,采用生物统计学方法研究核桃长足象产卵选择行为特征。【结果】对核桃长足象幼虫、蛹和成虫的形态特征进行了详细观察及描述,为该物种的快速鉴定及生物学、生态学及基于形态学的系统发育等研究提供了有用的特征信息。产卵选择行为研究表明核桃长足象在产卵时将1个果实簇视为1个生态产卵单位,产卵选择行为与果实簇大小无关。【结论】研究结果对于深入研究核桃长足象的地理适应性具有一定的科学意义,也有助于为该虫的有效防治提供合理建议。[Purposes]To describe the morphological characteristics of the walnut fruit weevil,Alcidodes juglans of the walnut,Juglans regia and to study its ovipositing choice behavior.[Methods]Based on traditional morphological classification methods,the specimens were observed and described by electron microscope.Through fruit collection and observation,the characteristics of oviposition selection behavior were studied by biostatistics.Characteristics of ovipositing selection behavior were studied through fruit collection,observation and biostatistics.[Findings]The morphological characteristics of larva,pupa and adult of the walnut fruit weevil,A.juglans were observed and described in detail,which provided useful characteristic information for the rapid identification of the pest in the field and biology,ecology and morphology based phylogeny study.A fruit cluster is regarded as an ecological ovipositing unit by the walnut fruit weevil during oviposition,and the oviposition site selection has nothing to do with the size of fruit cluster.[Conclusions]The results are significant for further study on the geographical adaptability of the walnut fruit weevil and provide reasonable suggestions for the effective control of the pest.Understanding its behavior is essential for the management of this species.
