摘  要:重庆市轨道交通跨座式单轨列车将由4辆、6辆编组扩编为8辆编组,相应的救援列车也将扩编到8辆编组。为满足"8运营+8救援"列车救援要求,需要对既有车体结构进行整体优化。首先对"8运营+8救援"列车最恶劣救援工况下车体承受荷载进行分析,获得其须承受的最大载荷,然后对既有列车的车体结构进行优化设计;有限元分析表明,优化设计后的车体结构满足"8运营+8救援"列车救援要求。The straddle monorail train on Chongqing rail transit will expand its consists from 4-car and 6-car formation to 8-car formation,and the corresponding rescue train will also expand to 8-car formation.In order to meet the requirements of 8 Cars in Operation+8 Cars in Rescue,it is necessary to optimize the existing car body structure.Firstly,it analyzes the load bearing capacity of the car body under the worst rescue condition of the 8 Cars in Operation+8 Cars in Rescue train,and works out the maximum load.Secondly,it optimizes the car body structure of the existing vehicle.The fi nite element analysis shows that the optimized car body structure meets the requirements of 8 Cars in Operation+8 Cars in Rescue.
