摘  要:在航空航天等领域,高温风洞模拟试验是对飞行器关键材料/结构进行防热性能评估和优化设计的重要方式.结合试验环境特点,发展面向高温风洞的机器视觉系统,以实现全方位、多角度的试验过程信息的获取,对于高温地面模拟试验技术的发展具有重要意义.本文综述了面向高温风洞的机器视觉系统的概念原理、关键技术与装备设计,同时结合课题组在该领域的相关研究成果,对高温风洞机器视觉系统的应用实例进行了介绍.最后,基于高温风洞模拟试验的发展需求,对高温风洞机器视觉系统的未来发展方向和应用前景进行了展望.In aerospace and related fields,simulation tests in the high-temperature wind tunnel have been playing an important role in evaluating and optimizing the thermal performance of key materials/structures of the aircraft.Based on the characteristics of the test environment,the development of machine vision system for the high-temperature wind tunnel can obtain the wide ranging and comprehensive process information of the tests,which is of great significance to the development of high-temperature ground simulation tests.Thus,this paper reviews the theoretical principles,key technologies and equipment design of the machine vision system for high-temperature wind tunnel.Meanwhile,several application examples are also introduced along with the relevant research results of our research group in this field.Finally,the development direction and application prospects of the machine vision system for the high-temperature wind tunnel are also forecasted with the future-oriented needs of the simulation tests.
