世界一流医学期刊网络传播平台特征分析——以COVID-19专题报道为例

摘　　要：【目的】探讨世界一流医学期刊网络传播平台的特征及可借鉴的建设思路。【方法】在COVID-19疫情暴发背景下,收集《新英格兰医学杂志》《美国医学会杂志》和《柳叶刀》网络传播平台COVID-19专题报道内容,以中华医学期刊网"新型冠状病毒肺炎科研成果学术交流平台"为对照,从高关注度论文特征、版式设计及内容安排、科学信息的应急共享3个方面梳理和归纳世界一流科技期刊网络平台特征。【结果】世界一流医学期刊在网络传播平台设计中贯穿"头条"理念,重视对高水平原创成果的展示及推荐;科学传播渠道立体,新闻联动模式成熟;多维度拓展资源,服务前沿信息交流;突显总编领军作用,品牌建设协同平台建设;语言国际化程度参差,应急共享机制完善。【结论】培育世界一流科技期刊应重视网络传播平台的建设,注重数字化表现形式与内容的融合,协同期刊品牌建设,提高出版语言、传播和服务的国际化水平,以此为切入点加强中文期刊国际推广。[Purposes] This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the network communication platforms of world-class medical journals and their construction strategies. [Methods] Contents of COVID-19 special reports in the websites of The New England Journal of Medicine( NEJM),The Journal of the American Medical Association( JAMA),and The Lancet were collected. The contents of New Coronavirus Pneumonia Scientific Research Academic Exchange Platform in Chinese Medical Journal Network were also analyzed for comparison. Features of papers attracting high attention,format design and content arrangement,and emergency sharing of scientific information were analyzed. Experience on network platform construction can be drawn from the above three aspects.[Findings]The world-class medical journals run through the concept of headlines in the design of online communication platforms,and emphasize the presentation and recommendation of high-level original research. The channel of science communication is multidimensional,and the linkage mode with news media is mature. The world-class medical journals also expand multiple resources to serve for frontier information exchange,highlight the leading role of the chief editor,and coordinate brand building and platform construction. The degree of language internationalization varies,and the emergency sharing mechanism is perfect. [Conclusions] In order to cultivate world-class scientific journals,we should attach importance to the construction of network communication platform,focus on the integration of digital expression form and content,and improve the internationalization level of publishing language,communication,and service,so as to strengthen the international promotion of Chinese journals.
