摘　　要：文章主要通过对某轻型卡车后轮胎偏磨问题进行分析,找出了后轮偏磨产生的原因和机理,并相应进行了优化整改。最后对改进的结果进行了实物验证,证明了改进是有效的。通过本次故障分析和优化整改,为轻型卡车后轮定位的设计提供了几个关键控制因素,同时也为解决同类问题提供可供参考的思路。In this paper,mainly through the analysis of a light truck tire skewness problem,found out the cause an mechanism of the rear wheel eccentric wear and corresponding optimization rectification.Finally,the result of the improvement are verified and the improvement is effective.Through the fault analysis and optimization and rectification,several key control factors are provided for the design of rear wheel positioning of light truck,and some reference ideas are also provided for solving similar problems.
